Shri D.K.Mehrotra: Current-in-Charge-Chairman LIC Pension Fund Ltd & LIC of India. Shri Mehrotra has occupied several pivotal positions spanning three zones and the Corporate Office, which includes Zonal Manager in-charge of Eastern Zone and as Senior Divisional Manager in-charge of Ahmedabad and Dehradun divisions. He also had an International exposure in the field of Insurance during his posting in the foreign office of LIC at Suva in Fiji in 1985-89 and later led the Corporations overseas thrust as Executive Director (International Operations). He is Nominee Director on the Board of many Companies namely, ACC Ltd., ILFS Ltd., Escorts Ltd., ICICI Venture Fund Management Co. Ltd. etc.
	Shri Thomas Mathew T: He is the Managing Director of LIC of India and the Chairman of LIC Mutual Fund Trustee Company Private Limited. He is Nominee Director on the Board of many Companies & Institutions namely, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Power Company Ltd., Corporation Bank , LIC (International) B.S.C.(C), Bahrain etc.
	Shri Jagdish Capoor: He was former Chairman of HDFC Bank, UTI and BSE Ltd. and also former Dy. Governor, Reserve Bank of India. He has also been on the Board of many Banks and Companies namely SBI, Bank of Baroda, NHB, IDFC etc. Currently, he is also Director on the Board of Indian Hotels Co. Ltd., Asset Care & Reconstruction Enterprises Ltd., Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd., Alankit Assignment Ltd. etc.
	Shri M.N.Singh, IPS : He joined IPS in 1965 and retired as Commissioner of Police Mumbai in the rank of Director General of Police. He is Co- promoter and Chairman of Invent Asset Securitisation Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. and Director on the Board of India Infoline Investment Services Ltd.
	Smt Bhavna G.Doshi: She is a practising Chartered Accountant associated with national and international consulting firms for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in accounting and corporate matters. Currently, she is also Director on the Board of Peninsula Land Ltd and SEAMAC Ltd
	Shri S. Hariharan, Chief Executive Officer: A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he is a well experienced professional in Insurance Industry having occupied Senior/ Top Management positions in the field of Insurance, Marketing and Finance. He was formerly Executive Director (Investment, Monitoring & Accounting), LIC of India. He has also occupied several pivotal positions which includes Principal, Zonal Training Centre, Chennai, Chief (Finance & Accounts, Department), LIC, Central Office and Senior Divisional Manager of the Corporation in different States. Currently he is a Nominee Director on the Board of Tidel Park Ltd. Chennai and is also holding Chairmanship of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr. Kewal Chander: (Bcom., FCA), Chief Investment Officer. Having 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and Audit Department of LIC of India . He also worked as Manager LICHFL for 3 years and as Branch Head of LIC of India for 5 years.
Mr. M.N.Rao: (B. Com., FCA) Asst General Manager (Investment). Having 12 years experience in Finance & Accounts and Investment in LIC of India.
